If more leaders would have the courage to admit their frailties and stay accountable and humble, we would not need the forum. This is a refreshing admission of humility and openess.

I will throw it out for any discussion. Feel free to share whatever comes to mind -- within reason of course. If any bad memories come to mind, feel free to vent. The floor is open.
