thanks to all. Went to the dr. yesterday and thank God it is just a very badly pulled muscle and not another disc! he sees no need for another MRI at this time.

I can sit this morning with the aid of pain meds and a pillow. Will go to work at the church with my pillow in hand today. cant sit very long but, its better than being sprawled out on the floor like i've been.

The thought of having to work the bbq business this weekend is not appealing to me at all. Guess I'll just have to take it slow.
