I also agree that I wouldn't want to lose the archives. There is a lot of good and helpful information here for people. It would be sad to see that lost.

I haven't been on as much lately, but it seems you all've done a very good job of keeping up with the spam, or have limited spamability* enough that it isn't so much of an issue.

*The ability of spammers to breach the site, totally made up word.

Spammers always have egg on their face.
