Hello Everyone,
I have a few things that I want to say and I hope that in some way I can mend the situation at hand.
First, I apologize for presuming that I knew who it was that wrote the messages under the User name of Lionheart or makemistakes..... I do not have confirmation of who it was that was using that name other than I do know it is someone who is close to the situation, very close as many things said were only known by a few. So although no names or identities were revealed by my posts... I assumed who it might be and we all know what happens when we assume anything.. so for that I am truly sorry.
Second, I apologize to all of you on the forum for having to endure this ordeal as it got hashed out here in front of you. This is to be a safe place to come and sort things out and process things and get input, wisdom, encouragement and comfort in knowing that we each have a healing process to go through and no two people are alike so no two healing processes will be alike either. Some of us heal faster than others and even in that it doesn't make those that do any better than those who take more time...
So with that being said... I also want to say that we are not offended and are choosing to hold nothing against the person that chose to make this site a battlefield over these last few days... But it is again another indication for us as to what we need to clearly walk away from and that some relationships are just not healthy and although we all have a part... it is just time to part ways and go on in life without this strife and animosity..
I pray that you would all be blessed and find that this forum continues to be whatever part of your healing process it needs to be. Thank you for your understanding and wisdom in this process of healing from Spiritual abuse... it is real and it does hurt and it does effect more of our lives than we even knew... we will not live out our lives as victims but there is a time for healing and we are in that time... God will work all things out for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose... that is a hope we can all hang onto.
Be Blessed and I hope to reconnect with you again in the future... You have blessed me, my daughter and our family in the comfort and wisdom and humor and especially by loving us without judging us... that has meant more than you will ever know.
