Reg listed the following in a recent post as 5 stages of Grief:
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance
Resolution (I added)
These feelings can come in any order.
The question I would like to open for disscussion is:
Where are you in this process?

I'm confused about the Bargaining part?

In some area's I'm at acceptance and in others I may still be in denial. In a lot of area's I'm still in anger and I feel like just now finally getting past the depression. If you could give a brief description to each I'd appreciate it.

Sure Malinda,

Here is the website that gives you a complete explanation.

You can drift in and out. Even though I've gotten to the Acceptance stage I still occasionally feel anger. (Maybe more than occasionally. :D)
