Immediate apologies for any triggers. Feel free to change the channel. I love the comment from today's devotional reading from church
A Thought - The Corinthians had split into various cliques, each following its own superstar preacher (Paul, Apollos, Peter, etc.). Each clique really believed it was the only one who had the whole truth, and thus felt spiritually proud. But Paul told the groups not to boast about being tied to a particular preacher because even the superstars were simply humble servants who had each suffered many things for the same message of salvation in Jesus Christ. No preacher of God has more authority than another. The authority resides in the message and the Author of the message, not in the messenger.
I am guilty of this one.
