There has been so much to do getting settled here. My husband had another job offer better than the one we moved here for and he accepted that and started today. The first job was outside sales; no benefits no base pay. This job is base pay (not deducted from commissions) and benefits; inside sales and only 4 miles from our home.

The big surprise is that I received an email to tell my story regarding abortion (I worked in a clinic in 1973 after roe v. wade and have personal experience as well from 1977). I contacted a pro-life org. in the area asking for help locating this clinic I worked at when I lived here in 73... The CEO of the org. asked me to come to meet with him and I did. He wants to put my story out in the area and state as well.

I tried so many times at my SA church to launch a speaking ministry and was sabatoged every time. Now, genuine help is available and I am moving forward. It seems to me that the storm is truly over and our new beginning that we have longed to see for 12 years has truly begun...in the new land... just waiting for the milk and honey to flow! Thank you Lord! Moving forward... on dry ground! The only tears flowing are tears of pure joy!:) (P.S. DH and I have made our peace and have a plan to deal with "issues"...it's all good!)

Sounds like you are being blessed and God is with you. As I said before.......

I pray the wind of God's Spirit is always gently blowing on your backs moving you forward to new horizons.

Thanks for keeping us up-to-date. It's always good to read about how well things go for some of us after so many negative things have happened to us.

Very happy for you:)

I think we can never find our potential in a SA church because it all revolves around a leader who wants you to watch his potential and be amazed.

I commend you for your courage; for the steps it took to get free of all that. In order to go forward and reach for what's ahead you've got to put something behind you. Great to hear.
