I completely forgot about this incident. It is amusing as Unitarians do not believe in baptism. In retrospect this is an occassion where God has a sense of humour. The minister had a case of taking a long walk off a short pier. He was performing a wedding on a private dock in Galilee, Rhode Island. He was about to pronounced the couple as man and wife when he stepped back to offer the benediction, and was promptly baptized in Narragansett Bay. He said he would never do a wedding in Galilee I again. I came back, "Well, next year in Jerusalem?"

Here is another one from a co-worker. She and her mother went to mass. All of a sudden a deer crashed through a plate glass window in the library. The timing was impeccable. The priest was doing the annual blessing of the animals.
