These are the times--some of the few times--when my house gets clean. One thing anger is good for is supplying energy and if I put that energy to good use for me then when the anger's gone I'll be pleased with myself.

Looking around I think I need to get mad again. ;)

I know how you feel. It burns me up too....and it upsets me more when I see friends being duped by these same people.

I understand getting upset, my friend wanted me to come see her at the church Christmas play,but the more I thought about that place the more I got angry and realized I have no business going back there. My friend trys to tell me that the place has changed but I doubt that.

Understandable. Sometimes places or people will do or say anything to get you back in their crosshairs. When possible, I try to either see the person again or visit the place again to see if anything has changed. Call me crazy, but that's the way I am.
