I've heard this song sung at a church concert. They had the lyrics out on the screen. My eyes were watery. I felt like the song was about me. I looked up Youtube for the same song and came up with a couple of links (in case you want to listen to it)

My heart's desire is that the church today will indeed reach out to those who are broken and in need so we can truly say that there are no strangers, no outcasts and no orphans ... in God and in the church today ....
