It took a real live cable tech to realize the contractors did not hook the internet. Now up and running. Will look the posts in detail when I get home this evening.

Tammy and I are talking. We will get together next month.
Cats love the apartment. Only downside is we can access our email from the home computer. Only big need is a window air conditioner before the third floor apartment becomes well done in the summer heat.
