Not Ready to meet My Maker!

Hi guys, just a quick request for prayer! I have to get checked tommorow for mouth cancer!:eek: I am a smoker and I have a fishy lump....sigh....

Obviously im somewhat upset, so I am reaching to all believers I know for prayer.


Thx so much! In advance! You guys always come thru and have been such a wonderful addition to my life. Just throw a couple words up to the big guy. Im a lil scared.

I also know that our God is bigger then cancer.

In the name of jesus these docs will find NO cancer.

Christopher Reeves wife died of lung cancer and wasn't a smoker...

George Burns smoked and lived much too long :)

Hey Abby,

I will be praying, what time tomorrow?

It's "normal" to be scared. I've gone through cancer & chemo. Even today when I go for lab work, I get "rattled." :)

Hang in there and know you've got prayer support! :)

I had to have my gall bladder removed a year and a have ago. I was so sure I would die during surgery! :eek: But here I am, much healthier than I was with a gall bladder full of stones. :D I will pray for you.

Chances are that it's nothing.

Janice, Ladybug and I are all cancer survivors and we can relate, and what SpinningHead said about "not knowing" is the worst part.

May the Lord be with you during every second of your appointment, and may He give you His peace...

And, as people so very kindly reminded me during my most recent "no functioning bone marrow" news, God doesn't read lab reports! He works in His own ways and He takes care of His children!!!!! :)

Prayers are still needed as im not out of the water yet. But he said not to worry! They have to remove the lump and get a biopsy. His gut feeling is it is benign (sp)---but it still needs to be checked! *sigh*---Im not gonna worry too much, cause why torment myself? THX GUYS!!!!
