I switched back over to the hydrocodone. This allows me some relief for a few hours at a time during the day instead of the CONSTANT pain. I actually was up alot yesterday, went for a short walk around my pool in the sunshine. Was nice day. (58 degrees).
Even managed to help a little with dinner. :)
Slept very well in my OWN BED from 8:30pm-4:30am without having to wake up and take any pills. (had to take them as soon as I got out of bed though). Am able to sit this morning for a short time. Nice to be getting back to a semi-normal life.
Only thing about these pills is that I take 2 every 4 hrs. That's 10 or 12 a day! Alot of pills which is why they tried the oxycontin but that didn't work so, back to these for now. At this rate I will need a new bottle every 10 days or so! (want to buy stock in hydrocodone?)
I see the nuro-surgeon at 12:30 today. It is a 45 min. ride so I guess I'll have to lie down in the back seat with some pillows while hubby drives. Please pray he finds the problem and it can be fixed quickly. Thanks again for the prayers. Keep them up PLEASE!!
