This is the third week I've been back attending church. Today's message from the associate youth pastor was a "breath of fresh air" . In regards to evangelism he was referring to being a pleasing aroma. To be, not DO evangelism. He also referred to the woman that poured out her expensive perfume and made reference to what a bigger risk she took by being at the home of a leper's house. Sometimes I wonder if my life is a pleasing aroma or if I'm just a religious person that really stinks!!!!

"Being" evangelism is a lot more inviting than, as the senior pastor at church puts it, than "cornering somebody in the produce section [with the gospel]" There is a concept of a visible witness. I think it is akin to letting your light shine so that others may see your good works.
