am going to the lake taking my daughter for a vacation there..........woke up with a bad back spasm so ive told her shell have to come over early to help pack up the car....................please pray for us

im not going to really do much of anything while there now since i cant move much

it will be awhile before im back here thankyou all for being so good to me. im satill bothered by what has happened.

i wish he could have responded to my apology for whatever that would be a kinder thing to do i think than all of this critisim

anyway i dont seem to be able to get things ever the right way if u know what i mean........

I have spasams when I am very stressed. My Dr told me to take Magnesium. It works for me. I had spasms in my leg. They went away. I stoped taking them and the spasams came back So I know it works.:D :D
