I, in previous posts, made reference to science fiction radio show X-1 produced by NBC. I happened to stumble on the episode "Universe". It makes a interesting look at cults and mind control. Be advised the episode may trigger. It did help me work through some post cult issues.

Select episode Universe.
Take what you like and leave the rest.

was not exactly the episode in question. Still a good show. I will do some more digging for the episode in question. If this is too much, may I reccomend the Jack Benny Show?

It was Frank Nelson where I got my customer service training. :D
Actually I had incident at a job ushering in the Cincinnati Music Hall which could have been taken from the Jack Benny Show. I was usher for the Garrison Keillor show. I had huge 6" badge which says "music Hall usher". I was talking to a newspaper reporter covering the show. The lady reporter was curious about my job. Right then an elderly couple came up, stared at my badge. The elderly lady, "excuse, Sir, are you the usher?" Without missing a beat, I shot back impersonating the actor, "No I'm Frank Nelson!!" Both the reporter and the couple cracked up. My boss, a prim and proper lady, knew that I would never be rude to a patron; so she let me get away with it "this time".
Several weeks later, I was working at a department store. The reporter came in and immediately recognized me and the schtick, "Hello Mr. Nelson". I had a good laugh myself and was heartened that she remembered.
