Okay, so first of all, a photo I took today. Gosh, do you really have to let the whole world know you are...?! Well, you will see.

Since this site does not let you post photos, you will have to click this link. (http://dcho.ecs.fullerton.edu/images/wellknown.jpg) I hope I don't get in trouble with the forum operator. I am sure this week's sermon series is on humility :D :D :D

Now a dire warning for you sinners living on the coasts (that includes me. The Pacific is just 4 miles from my house). According to Pat Robertson:

"If I heard the Lord right about 2006, the coasts of America will be lashed by storms," Robertson said May 8.

He added specifics in Wednesday's show.

"There well may be something as bad as a tsunami in the Pacific Northwest," he said.

You can read more about it here. (http://www.wftv.com/news/9235304/detail.html)

Well, prof-

if you need to flee, you can come live with me. We're on the east coast so those waves won't reach you here....LOL

One word for that man,

"TAKE LITHIUM" it will cure the voice that he keeps hearing!

Tsunami smami. That should be the least of my problems. If we have locusts, then I will worry. What's a dispensationalist to do? I should be so lucky.

nice to be back janice-

yeah, we should batten down the hatches....

you know around here I think the weathermen are in cahoots with the prophets in trying to make us worry too much-

maybe someone is making a fast buck from our panic at the grocery store...

Last month the local weathermen were freaking out our locals because we were in a drought...and oh the crops would die and our wells will dry....

NOW, well, they want us to get life preservers because the rivers are flooding....

see, I try to IGNORE them...... so I guess you can say I relate to all the New Orleaners that IGNORED the weather men.........

but if you get caught up in the panic it can really freak you out.

I remember a few years back there were tornados in France...which had never happened and my poor 80 year old mother in law called me up freaking out telling me not to buy a house because those tornados were a sign of the apocolypse...

imagine, an older catholic women worrying like that over tornados in France.

The reality is, I can't do anything if it IS the apocolypse!

You'd think Pat and others would learn not to do that. They are so often wrong it causes me to scoff.

Okay...I'm a little slow sometimes, but why should we put ANY stock in Pat's dreams?

The book warns of such things coming, but why not just wait to see if now is the time?

At least now he's prefacing his comments with "If I heard the Lord right..." HAHA!!!

That's funny. :) What really concerns me, though, is that I think he really believes this is God speaking to him. Yikes.

Poor Pat. He's old and grumpy and dottering...I just wish they wouldn't let him talk so much. He makes us look rediculous.:D

If only I had an ego half that size! I might actually have a normal self esteem then.
