...for "being here" yesterday, and for your input and encouragement. For various reasons, it was especially hard to need to be homebound yesterday and it was really wonderful to have some Christian "community" here.

I also was blessed in the services which were broadcast on TV yesterday. Among other things, I heard a favorite anthem sung--"The King of Love my Shepherd is..." (It was "Good Shepherd" Sunday for liturgical churches) and another service also used a favorite hymn-- "How firm a foundation ye saints of the Lord"--which was then also "translated" by the bell choir. Wonderful "connections" for me as I recalled other times I had heard/sung that hymn. I was grateful. I may post the words of that hymn separately, FWIW. I particularly like the reminder in the third verse which is

'When thro' fiery trials
Thy pathway shall lie,
My grace, all-sufficient,
Shall be thy supply;
The flame shall not hurt thee;
I only design
Thy dross to consume,
And thy gold to refine.

I also spent a little time on the internet doing some follow-up searching to various thoughts which have been spurred here in response to various threads and found other things I'd like to share on too when/if I can. Really amazing resources for support and encouragement are available to us on-line! This morning I am grateful and amazed at what seem like "God-things."

In any case--- Just wanted to thank you all and to encourage you to please continue to share out of your own "experience, strength, and hope" as you feel comfortable doing so. I do also have some renewal of "hope" in this day---and you folks are a part of that! THANK you!

Blessings to all.....May you have a good day today.

Love,

Theodora
