Hi folks--

A question in my PM box this a.m., as well as some recent posts here led me to search out some of my previous "reference" posts. I originally was just going to offer it privately, but then I thought that perhaps others might be interested as well. As always--- "Take what works and leave the rest."

It has been good to see the interaction on this board of late. Welcome to all the newcomers....and all best wishes as you work toward healing.

Grace and peace!

Theodora

I am literally in tears reading some of the books referred. I thank you so for sharing this info with us all. I have been wanting to read some good information that will help me heal and change destructive patterns learned from my family and the abuse that I endured.

I do not want my kids years down the road to have to read one of these books because of what I did to them because I was doing what my parents did to me. The cycle must not continue and I am going to draw the line as far as me and my children go.

thank you again for wanting to help others in their recovery. My children if they could will probably want to thank you too. :)
