Hi Everyone,

Back from my winter golfing vacation and catching up on my work backlog. Did anyone miss me?

I see a number of new people here. WELCOME!

Welcome to our newest member, Roberta

Looks like slowly but surely Jesus is collecting His bruised body here.

Anywho...after services last Sunday, a number from my small group got together at our favourite place, The Swiss Chalet for chicken. One of the gals shared something with us that was very good.

Here it is the best I can remember it:

She told us about a young child asking his grandfather about why are some people good and some bad?

His grandfather said, “Here’s a little story I want you to remember. There were two wolves. One
was very bad. He lied, cheated, stole, swore, was envious and jealous of others and even killed
people he hated.

The other one was very good. He was full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness. He was faithful & gentle."

He stopped and looked at the little boy and said, “Do you understand those two wolves are like some people.”

The little boy then asked, "Which kind of person will I grow up to be?"

His grandfather said,"It all depends on which wolf you feed!"

I've missed you!

Thanks for your sharing today--- a good story indeed.

Hope you're doing well and are feeling rested.

Will look forward to "seeing" you more. (I'm not always able to post these days, as I recover from another round of pleurisy and need to sort of "ration" my energy, but I do try to read the posts as able.)

Reminds me of another interesting story about 2 flower gardens. Basically the moral of the story was...

"What you feed...GROWS. What you starve..DIES.
