My creative juices must be in short supply. I was reading some great posts on recovery and they were going in one ear and out the other. I know better than to beat myself, but is a little discouraging. Oh, well cannot always be 100 percent -- that how cults get started :)

I was in the middle of writing a note to you when the site went off. I couldn't log in for a few days, the site wasn't here, said my computer.

Just wanted to say that I agree that cults are the only ones that expect you to glue a smile on all the time (or political parties). If you don't feel happy and helpful every minute that is human. Don't feel bad about taking a break once in a while.
