Was looking for info about sociopaths and found this page about bullying in the workplace. They have listed a lot of aspects that apply to pasturds as well.

I certainly experienced that with our friend at work. I have seen the link before. You are right on the dysfunctional leadership mindset.

Interestingly enough, when I went days, the witchy poo switched to nights. I do not know who was responsible for that one. Things have been tense with my supervisor. I do get the impression either our friend or management is doing everything to avoid even the least infinitesemal hint of impropriety. Some believe that threatening a lawsuit may have stopped the harassment cold. Seeing the witchy poo, her sup and an entire training class clear the floor is a strange way of doing business. The senior pastor, when I mentioned the incident to him, smiled, "Well, that is one answered prayer." As my dad always said, "If ain't broke, don't fix it

Ah (((Ex-shep)))!!!-- I'm not sure if you meant this to be so very funny, but....

You said---

Seeing the witchy poo, her sup and an entire training class clear the floor is a strange way of doing business. The senior pastor, when I mentioned the incident to him, smiled, "Well, that is one answered prayer."

And I say

AMEN, brother!!!!

ROFLOL!!! ;) :D :D

Yes...I'd say it IS a "strange way of doing business"....but...guess we need to be thankful for unexpected "possibilities" at times, eh???

Take good care of yourself---and keep that good sense of humor!

In my line of work, it is part of the job description.

The situation get rather zany at times. It looks even more bizarre staying on the sidelines and watching the entertainment.

Hi Theodora, Hi Ex-Shep, glad to be back, sort of back, still am very busy, nice to "see" you too.

I wasn't thinking about a work situation, but about SA, but of course situations at both are interchangeable. I hadn't thought about witchy-poos  ....a new aspect.
