Hi everyone...

I know I'm still a bit sporadic...but here I am!

Guess what everyone... Some amazing things have happened lately and God has put something on my heart that I NEVER thought I'd EVER do! Gulp... I'm going to apply to a Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychological Research at a really prestigious University in my area... Who me??? Yes...me.

I want to be equipped to do some decent research and education of others in the area of cult abuse and other things of that nature. But, I've never taken the GRE test, so I have to study for and take that on November 18...so please pray for me.

If I get accepted it will HAVE to be God!!! Most years, about 150 people apply and only about 9 - 11 new students are accepted. Gulp, again!

I've really been prompted to do this but I also know that if I don't get accepted, then I can know that I've learned a lot from the process, for sure.

Anyway, please pray for me and if you have any thoughts about this, feel free to let me know!

Well I am insanely jealous. :) I have toyed with the idea with going to school for a professional degree myself. There a few workers in this endeavor, we certainly need all the help we can get. YOu have my thoughts and prayers in your endeavor

I think that your plan is just AWESOME! As far as the GRE goes, don't sweat it too much. I took it four years ago, and it wasn't really that bad. Just practice taking the test ahead of time. You will be just fine. I'll be praying for ya - you must have tons of courage! Hugs, Elle :D
