Is there a way to view posts in a descending order?

I noticed that the replies to posts in this new forum end up in an ascending order instead of a descending order like most other forums. Is there any way to change this in my display settings? If the posts were descending, then you could view the initial post when you open the thread (so that you can see what people are replying to), and then you scroll down to read the replies. The way it is now, newer replies to a thread are at the top and it becomes confusing to understand what people are replying to.

I'm not trying to be a complainer, I'm just wanting to know if I can change a display setting on my end to be able to view posts in a descending order. If anyone knows, please reply.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I switched the "Display Options" to "Hybrid Mode", and now I can view replies in a descending order.

Click on 'edit options'

In 'thread display options' select 'linear newest first' or 'linear oldest first'
