I'm not always "here," but have been trying to follow the new posts. I do echo Janice's thought to post as you feel comfortable and an "AMEN" to her hope that you find this a place of "respite!"

Communication on the boards can sometimes be somewhat complex and/or "intense"---- Just remember to "take what works and leave the rest"---as best you can AND to post out of your own "experience, strength and hope" as you feel comfortable doing so. You ARE welcome here!
