Dear Ruth,,,
It comes from the depths of my sick mind :D I thought to myself "Cyber Murder"when you wrote about being flamed then locked out of the website you had worked so hard on :( ........I thought it was a good term to describe what was done to you...........

It makes sense. To that site/community, if you are locked out, it is as if you have "died" - and the hostility makes it "murder"...

Thank you Satscout,,,,that does clarify my post ;) I was thinking,,,Ruth is a wonderful biblical name,,,,and we could coin a new term in her honor. When someone new tells us of being flamed by a moderator then locked out of a site we will say they have been "Ruthed" That kinda of happened to the Ruth of the Bible too......;) How about it Ruth is it ok with you ???? :D

<LOL!>

Fine, I've been ruthlessly Ruthed!!!

I wondered about cyber murder, because I searched for it on the net, and found it attached more to actual physical killings :)

I want to add, though, that in my view your mind is not sick. I have been gosipped about and ostracised on another occasion by Christians ... years ago. At the time, one of my children came home from school, and said that a friend (the daughter of a former friend) had asked her if I had died. I had to go to her mother and ask that she explain to her children that I was not dead. Then I read what the Bible has to say ... I believe there is a passage which equates gossip and murder. When I found this, I understood what I was going through as a person. I had, indeed, been killed. I have still not been fully regrown yet, and it still hurts. It feels oddly as if one has lost ones self, somewhere.

So, I think your mind is less sick, than insightful.

God bless
