Trouble with P.M's....

Is it just me?
I am able to Post but evertime I try to send/ reply to a P.M my screen freezes!

Dear Kerrin,,,
Freeze-Ups seem to have more to do with net traffic and or Voltage -spikes in the power source.If you can have a designated circut for your computer with nothing else on it.Anything with an electric motor tends to cause a voltage-spike when the motor starts up.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,As far as net traffic goes,,,when I post in here,I load the responce page,go offline and compose the responce,then reconnect to submit .Finally Freeze-ups just seem to be the nature of the beast sometimes.I can go for days with No freeze-ups then get a day where I'll have 4 or 5 of them.
