Are you ok?? And I have learned for myself that homeopathic arnica is great for muscle/soft tissue injuries. You could read up on it at abchomeopathy.com and find it at your local health food store. 30c is what I usually take.

I'm sure the last thing you want to do is read or think, so PRAYERS unlimited for you and yours and a very speedy and complete recovery for you!!!
