I had a wonderful compliment the other day

Someone, an actor, tiold me that I was teh best example of Christianity he had ever seen (and he left the church cos of spiritual abuse) cos I was OPEN MINDED, listened and didnt shove it down his throat. It menat so much to me,.

I read widely, I am intersted in the world and at the same time, love Jesus passionatrely..yet am not a spiritual neo-nazi!!!!

This means SO MUCH to me, this compliment.

That is wonderful indeed.

This is one objective I have had the past few years to let the Light of God shine, that is inviting and not be result in a firey conflagration. How to be moderately passionate and not overdo it.

I've heard similar statements, but it is along the line of "you are so not like other Christians I've met." This is meant to be a compliment in an underhanded way. I don't know quite how to respond to that.

:) Hi Blake, I am a open minded Christian too but it gets me in alot of trouble with Christians who are closed minded. :D Other people do see the difference. Like you friend. My mother and I had a wonderful time and major healing and reconciliation..I have also hot three days before toyur and am a bundle of nerves in any ways, but it will be okay I think....please pray for my anxiety levels and those little movies that my mind plays..I am sure you can identify......
