Progress!!

Hi

We've reached a breakpoint here and we seem to be on the road back to something good. My daughter is successfully enrolled in cyber school!

We have the computers, we have compter desks, and have met some of the staff. I feel very positive about it all.

I also spent yesterday afternoon my her, and we had a really nice time. Got my nails done for the first time in my life, and now I can't type. But, she told me it would be a "bonding experience" & I think it was.

It WAS a bonding exercise for her!! (not a thought); only my opinion though)

Well done Hope , I'm REALLY happy for you ,and will continue praying.

It REALLY works spending time every day and doing "girly" stuff, ( I just ran the same idea past another mum having some "teenage" issues, and she is going to make an effort to do Just mother/daughter stuff too! :)

It is priceless time and they tend to open up more without even realising it; but you have to really listen , and fight the urge to be too much of a "mum" figure during those special times ;)

At least THAT is my experience with Amy.

It wasn't orange & green, but it was a color that my daughter picked out - don't know exactly what it's called - sorta like coral or salmon, but a little more pink than orange.

:) [[Hope]] I am glad to hear about you and your daughter having some fun time toghter. For the finger nails mine are short. It amazes me to see what woman with long nails can do with them. :D I have seen some real pretty nails. butterfly
