I know from being spiritually abused that many of us worry about offending others. For many years I have struggled with this too. For the first five years that I posted here, I was always concerned that what I said to other forum members was too harsh or insensitive. Then one day I realized that some people will get offended no matter what you say, and others seem to never get offended.

So now, instead of worrying about if I offended someone, I just try to treat others the same way that I would want to be treated - which I have noticed that you always do also. So, what more can people ask?

For the record, I have never been offended by anything you have said. You are one of the most caring, sensitive, warm-hearted members of this forum. Feel free to be yourself around me. I won't ever take it personal.

On top of my day ; returning to Melbourne, from the ice cold "antarctic" blast from across Bass straight, on Philip Island, which Amy and I thoroughly enjoyed.
So much so , I feel like I've had a week off rather than just a few days! :D

A fabulous job offer! ( A message on my phone offering me a positon as Director of Nursing of a facilityl I'll post more about that later...I'm still in shock!)

Your reply has encouraged me even more to continue "speaking my mind" ; I may NOT always get it right, but its' so nice not to be "shot down" for trying! :o
