Seems I've had 'writer's block" forever...and this is what I come up with??? PITIFUL!!


It doesn’t matter what I've got
It doesn't matter if you like me or not
It doesn’t matter if I'm fat or thin
It doesn’t matter if I'm screaming within

It doesn’t matter if I whine or yelp
It doesn’t matter if I seek help
It doesn’t matter if I'm happy or sad
It doesn’t matter if I'm good or bad

It doesn’t matter if I'm weak or bold
It doesn’t matter if I'm young or old
It doesn’t matter if I frown or grin
It doesn’t matter if I sink or swim

IT DOESN'T MATTER!

I think I can understand a bit of "where you're coming from"---and that's OK...NOT "pitiful." It's good that you CAN express these deep feelings AND that you've been able to share them here.

I know it must FEEL like "nothing matters" right now, but hold to what faith you can and try to hear what reassurance you can find that no....it DOES matter, YOU matter, we ALL matter....matter SO much that our faith tells us that we have a Savior, given BECAUSE we matter.

I feel much the same way.

One thought though - God loves you anyway - it doesn't matter what shape your in, He always loves the same.

People are a whole different thing. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with them!!!

If you can, try to remember that this IS "just a mood."

May tomorrow find something to bring you renewed hope and a better perspective on who you are....a sweet person who truly DOES "matter" to people.
