This morning I'm scheduled for group therapy. I missed last week, but have been attending every week for almost six months. In addition to group I've been going to individual counseling and attend a women's weekly support group. I also work every weekend. No wonder I don't want to go to church on Sundays! It's just one more "meeting". I've gained some new skills through this recovery program (DBT - Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It's similar to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), but am feeling burned out and just plain tired today. Feeling a bit lonely too. Hmm...lonely and tired. Better keep the credit card at home today!!!! Glad I can come here to share my struggles and what I'm battling for today...

(((Sheep))), how wise of you to vent here instead of with your credit cards! ;) Yes, you are SO busy with SO many meetings! Thankfully you won't always need so many meetings to help you work through everything, but it's great to have them when you do! :) I was toying with the idea of taking a break myself, but then I realized that I'm not at a breaking point and it's prbably some part of me wanting to keep hiding instead of being brought into the light and getting healed. So I'm sure that you, too, will know what to do and when .... again, it's just so exciting to see your progress as time goes on! Take care and I hope today was GREAT for you!! :D
