I once was able to edit my post but now I can't

I can't edit my post now but I could when we first came to this forum. I have tried to figure out by reading what I may have done that stopped my ability to edit. Do you have a suggestion? Or an Answer? I have rethought a post I made under Frances and I want to remove it ...my opinion is not needed nor should I have posted it and I would have edited it to say that "You have my continued prayers."

The ability to edit posts is limited to a very short period of time. I think for 5 minutes after you first post a message you can edit it as much as you want. From minute 5 until minute 10 you can still edit a post but the post will include a line that says something like "Content edited by xxxxxxx on xxxxxx" . Not sure exactly what it says. After 10 minutes you can not edit the post at all.

I will delete the post you wanted to delete.
