But I did watch some of your news (when I couldn't sleep at 4 a.m today), and saw some explosions taken in Las Vegas , looking down on the display! :D

It tickled me to see that you were able to go have some fun with JR....at least, we'll trust it was fun, right???

I'm having trouble "catching up" here (and on NACR) as well...Will try to post more on NACR "later," if I can. THANKS for changing your "descriptor" here!---I've yet to have a chance to look at the pictures of your horse, but, you might be interested to know that I actually had a chance to PET a horse yesterday when one of our neighbors brought her horse in for the neighbor kids to ride as part of the festivities!!! How "cool" was that??!?!

Well....my hubby is off today---"comp" time for working Sunday aft. and for needing to work tonight (at the ref. dept. at our main public library)---SO.....I've got some "family things" to do before I can get back to some musing I'd like to do in response to some of these VERY interesting threads of late!!!

Know that I'm thinking of you today--always--and am glad you're here . And yes...I think we ALL understand how hard it can be to try to "keep up"/"catch up!" Just post when you can!!!

I did have a good time and JR is *wonderful*! Yesterday he came over and I cooked breakfast for him. He said he wanted to do a few repairs around my house. I've NEVER had anyone do that for me before. He just kept going and going and going all day. If I didnt' give him something to do, he found it. I tried to get him to stop... I felt guilty, but he *wanted* to do it for me. I think I'm in love!

Theo... that's cool that you got to pet a horse. They are so therapeutic! Hopefully things will slow down some. Not sure yet.
