:) Hi Jerry,
This whole "confession" of 'victim' becoming 'perpetrator' is getting silly.
Just explain it , in your clear cut ,to the point way, so we can leave it, OR discuss it more.

BUT ,if we discuss it any more .Can it be in the context of the subject and not "who said" ( which i think I started to begin with ,and for that I'm sorry Jerry if I've put you on an "out of context" situation! :( )

You know what you mean. I'm pretty sure I "get" what you mean.

( I know I am 'guilty' of this cycle, if it is a part of the healing process..........I'm pleased to say I am far more aware of my behaviour towards others and myself now!!!) :o
Love,
Kerrin ;)

Dear Kerrin,,,,
I apologize for choosing a wrong word....The word "Perpitratior" implys a concious intent with malace. If a church has an abusive structure and we support that structure then we are "Unknowing" abusers also.Example; If a Pastor decides someone should be shunned then first,,,,The Pastor is abusing the entire congregation and the congregation abuses the victum at the Pastors bidding,,,thinking they do God a service. ....... YES,,,I was abused,,,,,and while being abused I also reflected that abuse to others. So recovery is about two things,,,,,,,,,,1,setting up boundrys against abuse,,,,,,,2,breaking the mirror ;)
Love Jerry
P.S. See why at final judgement the "Clergy" are gonna be the first guys in the "Hot Seat" ?????

Thanks Jerry,
That's the clarification I needed!

I DID support an abusive system ,not realising what I was doing .
Now, I am repentant!
Those who were a party to my "old" Church system ,and have "escaped" ,are one by one calling me to humbly apologize for 'participating", (and NOT actively doing something to STOP it!)........I too, am sorry for my part toward them! :o

Thank God !
I can't say it enough!
Thank you Lord! :)
Love,
Kerrin ;)
