I've just discovered a new "advantage"/"disadvantage" of the way the screen is now formatted and that is that, if you select the feature to display "newest posts" at the top of the screen, if you happen to have been active posting, ALL of your OWN posts will be grouped together, so it will be all-too-evident how MUCH you've been "talking"...and how LONG you've been on-line!!!

Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh!!! ;) :p

In any case, it's now almost time for early Mass, so I WILL call it quits for now, bidding you all my sincere wishes that you have a good day today.

Will update you on my on-going "soap opera" when I can. Suffice it to say, things are BUSY right now, but I think things are falling into place for my/our little role in the Oct. 2 wedding of my younger son. Among other things, yesterday I ordered the bread, meat and cheese to make sandwiches for the "Open House" which we're hosting before the 6 p.m. wedding at the church---as an opportunity for out-of-town family and friends to refresh themselves before the wedding and to see some pictures etc. AND, as I'm getting better about learning where and how to ask for HELP, last night after choir practice, I approached the United Methodist Women's President at "our" Methodist church where the wedding will be held, to see if her group could help with the Open House. She said she was sure they could and she'd ask them on Saturday. (We'll be giving a donation to the group for this service.) Yea!!! :D

I've also asked my son to see if a couple of Marine recruits might like a paid job to help us set up and take down the arrangements for the Open House...which involves moving some furniture, etc. Sooooooooo.....TRYING hard NOT to "overdo" so as to be able to enjoy all of this unusual "socializing!!!" ;)

Your continuing prayers appreciated!

Back in touch when I can...!

Love and prayers,

Theodora

Hi (((Theo))) ... I hope today was good for you!! I think it will be this weekend before I can really report on my week ... other than to say our little sweetie passed last night ... :( .... but I felt her presence right by my cheek this morning ... how loving of her to stay by while we adjust to her passing. So thank you all for your prayers ... I know they eased her last days as well as made this less crushing for us who remain here. :.)
