Doing relatively well tonight

Meds adjusted. Depression only lurking at edges.

Talked with my wife. Went fairly well. No angry words, just resignation to the fact that she's married to me. But that was last night. today she's as affectionate as normal.

Stayed on plan with food today.

Heart normal today.
